Enjoy a culinary tour of France as you explore recipes from four regions. Start this French cooking class making Gougeres (French Cheese Puffs) from Burgundy, Salad au Chebre Chaud (warm goat cheese salad with honey and pine nuts) from Loire, Supreme Poulet a L'Estragon (chicken in cream sauce with tarragon), from Rhone Valley, Gateau aux Pommes (apple cake) from Normandy.
