  • Croustillants au Chevre, Romarin and Miel (Crisp goat cheese pastries with rosemary and honey) - Provence
  • Poires au Parmesan en Salad (Sald with parmesan roasted pears)
  • Coq au Reisling (chicken braised in Reisling with bacon and mushrooms, over noodles) - Alsace-Lorraine
  • Pain Perdu aux Pommes et Sauce Caramel (Lost bread with apples and caramel sauce) - Normandy
