Enjoy a culinary tour of France as Chef Karen Bentz leads you to you explore recipes from four French regions. Wine pairings with Stony Run Winery
- Tarte aux courgettes et tomates (Zucchini and tomato tart - Provence)
- Poulet a la Moutard (Chicken with Mustard Sauce - Dijon)
- Pommes de Terres Sarladaise (Potatoes Sarladaise - Perigord)
- Clafoutis aux Myrtilles (Blueberry Clafoutis - Limousin)
Please wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair when working in the kitchen. Please inform the staff, at least a week before the workshop, of any food allergies.
Ages 17 and under must be accompanies by a paying adult.
