Aromatic – Wholesome – Nourishing

The fall season is rich in harvest, providing us with a bounty of elements to utilize in the Culinary Art.

In this course, you will enjoy learning new dishes and skills, interacting with fellow culinary friends, cooking flavorful fall recipes under the guidance of our seasoned chef.

In a hands-on 2.5 hour class, you will create (and eat!) the following menu:

  1. Balsamic Chicken and Baked Onions
  2. Velvety Potatoes
  3. Roasted Green Asparagus with Garlic and Shaved Parmesan
  4. Yogurt Parfait
