Aromatic – Wholesome – Nourishing

The fall season is rich in harvest, providing us with a bounty of elements to utilize in the Culinary Art.

In this course, you will enjoy learning new dishes and skills, interacting with fellow culinary friends, cooking flavorful fall recipes under the guidance of our seasoned chef.

In a hands-on 2.5 hour class, you will create (and eat!) the following menu:

  1. Salmon Filet with Lemon Juice Topping
  2. Spiced Red Beets and Brussel Sprouts
  3. Rice Medley
  4. Green Tea Smoothy
