Regional Cooking: Tapas and Spanish Wine

Join chef Karen Bentz for an evening of good food and wine! The menu includes tapas, Spain's favorite food offering! This class can be enjoyed as a demonstration for those who would like to sit back and relax or can be hands-on for students who want to be actively involved in the cooking. Either way, you'll learn new culinary techniques and enjoy wonderful food with wine!
These classes offer a generous tasting of each item prepared as well as a recipe packet for items prepared in class.
