Wayne Art Center presents Expressions of Radnor, an annual exhibition that showcases the talent of Radnor residents in all media. Awards will be presented by juror Doug Tweddale during the opening reception, where visitors are invited to meet the artists and observe the works. The Opening Reception and Exhibition are free and open to the public. Prizes are generously sponsored by local Wayne businesses and Wayne Art Center.
All artists who are legal residents of Radnor Township are eligible to submit up to two pieces of original artwork in any medium (painting, drawing, ceramics, jewelry, fiber, sculpture, photography). Proof of residency is required upon delivery of artwork. Work must have been completed in the last two years. Wayne Art Center reserves the right to reject work not suited for this exhibition at our discretion. No work may be withdrawn before the end of the exhibition. All pieces must be suitably framed and wired for hanging. Work without a suitable hanging device will not be accepted. All sculpture should be sturdy, stable and secured to a base.
Entry Guidelines, Insurance & Sales
All works will be insured for the artist’s portion (60%) of the sale price as declared on the entry form. Once declared this value cannot be changed. Wayne Art Center will not be responsible for works not claimed by March 30, 2020.
Submission of entry constitutes agreement to all conditions in this prospectus.
Delivery of Artwork
Tuesday, February 18, 10am - 5pm
Two entries allowed per artist - $10 per entry
Please deliver artwork to Wayne Art Center’s Davenport Gallery. Please complete attached inventory and label information, and bring it with you to drop-off.

Wayne Art Center will retain a 40% commission on all works sold. Artists will receive 60% commission on sales within 30 days of the closing date of the exhibition. Sale of work from this exhibition is strongly encouraged.

Doug Tweddale, Juror of Awards
Doug Tweddale is a Plein Air artist who specializes in pastel and also works in water color and oil. Doug’s work has been shown in many local, national and international shows and he has received many awards in various venues. He and his wife travel throughout the country for extensive periods of time in their RV. During their travels, Doug conducts “Living the Dream” Plein Air workshops so he can share knowledge and practical experience with students as they paint the magnificent scenery all around them.
