In this class you will experience a robust cultural and gastronomic tour of Italian cuisine! From northern Milan to southern Rome- these Italian recipes are traditional favorites passed down from generation to generation. If you are passionate about cooking come Mange!

Menu:
Pasta con Asparagi from Umbria
Pollo Al Forno Con Pancetta Patatine e Aglione (chicken with pancetta, potatoes and herbs) from Emilia-Romanga
Panzanella from Tuscany
Panna Cotta con Salsa al Frutti di Bosco (Panna cotta with berry sauce)
 
Please wear closed-toe shoes, and tie back long hair. Please inform the the staff of any food allergies before the event.
Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
