In this class you will experience a robust cultural and gastronomical tour of Italian cuisine. From northern Milan to southern Rome- these Italian recipes are traditional favorites passed down from generation to generation. If you are passionate about cooking come Mange!
 
Menu:
  • Mozzarella Fritta (fried mozzarella balls with tomato coulis)
  • Risotto Finferli, Fontina e Spumante (risotto with chanterelles, fontina and sparkling wine)
  • Petti di Pollo alla Bolognese (chicken cutlets with prosciutto and parmesan)
  • Fritelle di Ricotta-Mascarpone (Ricotta-Mascarpone fritters with citrus zest and Amaretto)
